He was very pleasant the first day when we looked at homes. After the buying decision was made I ended up signing about four different purchase agreements and we had to keep correcting errors on it after the loan was in process. With the renovation, he was pushy in wanting me to use his contractor who I found out was rated with an F by the Fayetteville Better Business Bureau. He was obviously displeased when I chose another contractor. At the closing of the loan he didn't bring the key to the house so I had to go get it myself.
