I didn't get any other quotes but they were fairly priced. The roof was good but they left a lot of nails behind. I would recommend them.

Roofing, Roof Cleaning
The company advertises $295 roof tune up services. I contacted Highland for a free estimate; they responded quickly and looked at the roof the next day. The representative contacted me and gave me the first estimate: he said he'd discount the roof tune up to $150 if he was doing it in conjunction with the following additional work: $750 labor + material cost for ridge vent replacement (my request for estimate) and $600 for rubber membrane installation (rep said this work needed to be done because of a design flaw in the roof). During the next hard rain (about a month later), I thoroughly checked the attic in the "design flaw" area for water and couldn't find any. I called Highland back and stated that I would like to do just the roof tune up. The same representative said the cost would be $395. When I asked why it was more than $295 (and much more than the earlier quote of $150) the representative said that the roof is large (it is) and denied that he ever quoted me the $150 price. He did quote that price and I am suspicious that he was overcharging me on another portion of the job in the first quote to make up the difference.
