It went great. Showed up when he said he would be here - Maybe a few minutes late but I never worry about small stuff like that. Saw my daughters wheelchair ramp and became worried my tank was underneath it. Cut to the chase and looked under the house to see where the lines were going and found it to be the side of the house. THANK GOODNESS
He put up with my genetic issue of asking too many questions while someone is trying to work and cleared my system which was amost backed up. He explained what the problem was and educated me on my system which was VERY valuable information to know.
Would gladly deal with Harold again

After the owner had miscommunications with his employees he called his brother who is also in the same business and they came out and did a wonderful job and were very responsive in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this experience.
