Couldn't be happier. I was deployed in Kuwait, so when my wife told me she was having plumbing problems I went to Angie's to

find a plumber. Read the reviews and choose to call Haire. I explained the situation as best I could from what my wife told me and made an appointment that would fit her schedule. The gentlemen that took my call was thourough and understood my concerns.
The technician arrived around shortly before 10 a.m. which was inside the 8:00 to 12:00 I was quoted. He called my wife while he was enroute to my home to make sure she was there, which works out well for us so we can get our dogs prepared for visitors. She pointed out our plumbing concerns and he went to work diagnosing and repairing all of our problems. Now, I wasn't there, but was on the phone with my wife the entire time getting a play-by-play so we could discuss potential costly decisions. She could barely keep up telling me what was going on before the tech had everything repaired and back in place. I don't think it took a half hour to do everything. I quickly began wondering how much this quality of service was going to cost (funny how I switched from worrying about the cost of a long visit to the cost of a short visit). The tech worked up the bill and my wife handed him a credit card before telling me that the whole thing cost us $165. I told her to go buy a bottle of wine and enjoy the rest of the day because that was well below what I feared the service would cost.

We called Haire Plumbing that morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. They gave us a timeline and arrived and repaired the hot water heater. Very professional.

I will always use Haire Pluming after this experience. Polite, very very knowledgeable and professional - not to mention funny. They were fair.

Early Sunday morning I called Haire Plumbing's answering service and was surprised when I received a return call less than 5 minutes later from Sergio. He explained he was on another call but would be at my home in about 90 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself, and immediately went to work fixing the leak. As it turned out the leak was actually in my crawl space. The steam from the leaking hot water line was rising through the water line hole in the house framing and entering the cavity behind the wall in the garage which is how I discovered the leak. Throughout his repair I was impressed by his professionalism and obvious dedication to doing a good job. He had to tear out some sheet rock to get to the bad piping and also had to make a few trips into my tight crawl space but in a relatively short amount of time the leak was fixed and we had hot water again! Sergio is to be commended for representing his company and himself very well. I will not hesitate to call Haire Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I had a sewage line stopped up, I paided another plumbing company to unstop it after about 0ne hour they said that the problem was with the city line, the city checked their line and found no ploblem. I called Haire Plumbing Co. and they found the ploblem and fixed it right away. while they were here they found a leaking pipe and took care of that for me without chargeing another service charge.

Moving and inspection had some minor repair listed for buyers

I made an appointment and they came out to fix both (about 15 mins plus parts). When the one continued to have problems, they came out four more times until it was fixed. Nice and professional. I had used them twice before. Once they replaced/installed a new kitchen faucet and on another occassion, they replaced/installed two sink faucets in the Master bath. Always great service and willing to work with your schedule. They seem a little higher in labor fees but the quailty and professionalism of the whole company will keep me returning time and time again.

The experience was great, the cost was not overly expensive, and Sergio did an excellent job.

I had the kitchen redone and the contractor with the kitchen had different plumbers come in but they could not get the sink installed correctly; I was getting angry because I had been without a sink for long enough so I called Haire and they fixed it the very first time. Their quality of work was excellent. I would recommend them to others.

Call on the 23rd of July. My problem was not an emergency so we scheduled for 20 July between 1 and 4pm. At 4:30 they had not shown up. Called and they told me they were behind and would get to me today. I told them they should have called to let me knowstatus instead of having to wait all afternoon. They called back in 5 minutes and said the tech was on the way.
Sergio show up at 4:50. Sergio was a very professional, clean cut young man. I described my three issues. He estimated it would cost less than $200. He completed the work quickly to my complete satisfaction and billed me $187.
I would definitely use them again. They need to update appointments when they are going to be late. Otherwise, great job.

They were on time, friendly and explained everything so my wife, who isn't an HVAC tech, could understand it! They did a very thorough job and replaced several parts and one wire which were "outside of an acceptable range, and would fail soon". It was better and less costly to replace them DURING scheduled maintenance, rather than at an inopportune time, as would most likely happen! They even answered my wife's questions, including about a programmable thermostat.

They are a very good company and very prompt.

My initial appointment was scheduled for three or four days from now, but shortly after I scheduled, I received a call asking if I would like someone to come out today. Yes!!! The technician who came out is named Ken, and he was very personable and professional. He knows how to treat another human being well. I told him that the disposal was working fine until I put carrot peels in it. He explained to me that carrot peels had likely caused the problem and that he would remove the P-Trap to see if they had gotten stuck at that juncture (which they had). He also gave me the list of other foods NOT to put in the disposal unit. We had a good laugh because I had also put one of the other no-no things in there along with the carrot peels, thinking that I would help the blades stay a little sharper.

I really appreciated the fact that Ken took the time to explain the what, where, and why.

After clearing the clog and thoroughly flushing out the drain with running water, Ken took the bucket of and quot;yuckand quot; back to his truck, even though I told him that he could flush it down the toilet. If Ken is an example of the professionals at Haire's Plumbing, I can only say that they hire the best.

I was a little surprised at the cost (thought it would be around $20 less), but I also know that plumbing work is usually a little pricey.

They came when they said they would and completed a job that I had paid another company to do .

Haire showed up on time and did a fabulous job with my plumbing issues. Based on the job they did, I was happy with the price. If I have any further issues, I will definitely call them back.

We have used them several times. They are good at what they do, and they are professional.

There was clear water backing up in the shower and toilets after we took a shower. We turned the valves off and stopped the water flow but the water was still not draining. Called the office and received a fast call back, even though it was after hours and late night, on the weekend. Plumber came out in the time frame set and went to work. He figured that one of the pipes that leads to the septic tank must be blocked and he quickly went to work unclogging it. He restored the flow quickly even though a piece of his equipment broke. We were very happy that everything was done so quickly and efficient. No extra messes to clean up and he was courteous and professional, especially since it was after midnight by the time he was finished.

I identified them because they were very good. I personally paid the plumber to come out and do the job so I could get it done quickly. They did it in record time. They are a very dependable company. I had already paid the American Home Shield copay to another plumbing company but they could not do the job. American Home Shield told me that I was not covered if they had to go through the roof vent and so I just went ahead and paid Haire to take care of it. I was caught between a rock and a hard spot there. They charged me $120. I had to pay out of my pocket. That was not a good thing. But at least I got it done and I would give them very high ratings. They cleared the clog that the other companies did not have the tools to clear or were not able to get to in time. I liked everything. They were positive, professional and punctual. They took care of the problem on the first visit.

All I can say is WOW! Sergio s Awsome! he was prompt,courteous and very professional. He did a great job and even after I added a couple extra thing's and he did it with no problem. I will be doing business with this company again real soon. it is really refreshing to have work done and not feel like you been taken to the cleaners. Thank You Haire Plumbing for being so professional.

I was prepared to hear that the water heater had a hole in the tank, and had to be replaced. Had the service tech not pointed out the defective valve to me, I would have had to replace the entire water heater, which was ten years old. With the new valve installed, I've been using the heater for another year already, and everything is working well.
