He contacted me within a few hours of requesting help and was at the house within 24 hours! He was only supposed to give me a quote but he was able squeeze me in & fix the floor in less than an hour! So grateful for him! 10/10 can’t say enough good things about him!

Poor timelessness, incomplete work, failed to return as agreed after payment, was made to finish the project. If you hire him do not pay before job completion.

totally unlivable no show

I hired them to install an exterior door. The initial conversation was great. Terms and expectations were set that were agreeable to both parties. He no called and no showed to complete the work at the time we agreed upon. Furthermore, he would not respond to calls or texts after the date he was supposed to complete the job. I had confidence based on previous reviews. I don t recommend giving this business any money upfront unless you are willing to do it. Luckily I did not pay him anything upfront.

Had John build a deck around an above ground pool. It was a very large job and not something that had been done before by this company. Full disclosure, increased the deck size after materials were purchased so there were additional labor & material costs and job took longer than estimated. The temps were scorchers and that slowed progress down too, which was perfectly acceptable. There was $300 in material costs without a receipt. There were a couple days scheduled where John didnt show up and didnt respond to texts. John made suggestions for improvements to the deck design that were very helpful. Very satisfied with clean up after completion. Found quality issues (boards not nailed to joists, gate doesnt close) after completion and called to have them corrected however havent receive a response. Deck was finished in late July so plenty of time to contact us and address deficiencies. Relatively satisfied with the outcome but have some concerns about business practices.
