NOTHING was completely correctly.  TOTAL and COMPLETE FAILURE!!  Fence posts were cut off at 5 feet.  No lattice was installed.  Gates were incorrectly designed and only one was completely before I kicked them off my.  Unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional.  Put multiple other jobs in between starting my job and finishing my job.  If this company is not already out of business it should be.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called Mr. Langdon on Friday the 1st to see about getting an estimate on the fence surrounding our rental property in NC. I left a message but he promptly called me back. Living in MS, we were unaware of the fence having blown down and our tenants dogs escaping, much to our chagrine. I explained the situation to Mr. Langdon and he asked if he needed to head over there that night. I told him no, but told him the following day would be fine. I gave him my tenants number so he could schedule a time to go by the property. 
 I was informed by the tenants that he showed up right on the agreed time and was very thorough, walking around the property to examine the fence. After examining the property he called me to give me the prognosis and the estimate, both of which were WAY better than we were expecting. We had been told by a previous contractor that our fence should be replaced completely. He instead only needed to fix a couple areas as well as the three gates. All of which came in more than half the price quoted to us by the other contractor.
Once we gave him the go ahead, he was very gracious and said he would be able to get it done the following Monday or Tuesday.  The tenant told me the fence was finished Monday night when she came home from work and her words exactly "it looks awesome!". 
They were able to take our credit card over the phone and send me the scanned receipt.
Considering I was so far away, it was one of the easiest transactions I have had with a contractor.
I will definietely be recommending them to anyone who asks in that area!

Experience went great overall. I'm a real estate investor and I go through contractors left and right. it's difficult to find quality work out there. Gary, the owner, was on time and on budget. He gave me his costs up front and kept me informed about starting and completion dates. I'll definitely use him again on the next fence I need installed.

My wife found Langdon fencing service on DexKnows as a casual browse on the Internet. Well the service she found was a winner! G.S. Langdon business deserves all the praise they have been getting on DexKnows and more. Their personnel were kind and considerate of our needs. They used excellent materials for the job and came back to make changes when we had a special request for the job they performed. The job they perform was accomplished on time and within budget. We made an additional request to change the gates to lock from the inside of the fence and not the outside, (most businesses set your fence to lock from the outside of the fence). Gary's crew came out the next day to change the gates to meet our needs.  If you need to get a fence on your property, and you're in the Fayetteville area, do not look over this company. G.S. Langdon should be your first and only choice.
