Fine Detail Mobile Detailing

The employee called ahead of time and asked if he could come early, so was there about 45 minutes ahead of schedule. He was very pleasant and professional. Did an excellent job on the exterior and a decent job on the interior. The stains were pretty heavy so he wasn't able to get them out completely. Still would have given them a B on the overall quality except the employee didn't bother to clean the hatchback seal, nor between the seats, which were found to have a good bit of grit still between them.

Honestly besides the fact that they showed up on time, I do not have much to say about them that is positive. Not even 15 minutes after he got there, the guy walk talking on his Bluetooth and proceeded to do so the entire time. He was not having a quiet conversation though, rather he was yelling and laughing extremely loud and had plenty of interjections of "d***" and "oh s*it!". It was loud enough that I could hear it in the house with my side door closed. When he was finally done, the outside did look nice, but the inside was not anywhere close to done! The main reason I called was because I cannot get everywhere that has crumbs and little stuff and wanted it to be clean. When I pointed this out, the guy rolled his eyes and started acting really rude. At that point I just paid to get him gone. Overall it was overpriced for the work much less what work was actually completed.

The appointment was at 9AM in which the technician was on time as scheduled. I was not informed until his arrival that he would require my water and my electricity as I thought mobile detailing companies supply their own. Your technician spent 4 + hours on my wife's SUV and informed her that he was completed. To her surprise the work that was done was neither to the standard as was quoted nor what was expressed on the company's website. My wife pointed out to him that door jambs were still covered in pollen, the carpets looked untouched, the running boards were still dirty, and the front console was still filthy. Your technician attempted to wipe a few items to get rid of the pollen but made excuses for the rest. Finally my wife told him that was enough and paid him even though she was very disappointed with his work and not worth the amount of money that was paid. I was told prior to my appointment that they use a waterless system to shampoo carpets but get most carpets looking better when finished. The carpets looked the same as when the technician started. The company did offer me a military discount which brought my cost to $175 which is comparably higher than most. I tried to resolve with the company and was told to e-mail the owner in which I did the very next day. I have heard nothing from the owner or any other representative from this company. I would not recommend using this company for the customer service they provided.
