The way that they take care of my animals. They know exactly who I am talking about when I call them. So they care about the individual animal. They treat them like family there. I am not worried about them when I leave them there. They spend individual time with them and take them out to play. Also they take their individual needs into account. They overheat really easily so they make sure during the summer that they don’t overheat.

They are very good. They are super, super, super. I have friends when they go out of town where you can like if you want to, from your I-Phone, you can see how your pet is doing. They got a little human bed and they got their own room little room and everything, so it's really nice. We had a death in the family so we have not been as much as we usually go, but the holidays are coming up so we're probably going to be dropping off there. Last time I think we went for a week and I think it was about $180, plus we had discount points because we frequently go there and we get a discount for every time we use them. Plus, they like my dog. Pomeranians are low maintenance and they're cuddly and they demand attention. I would grade them A all the way down.

The personnel was very friendly and professional. They did not hesitate to answer all the questions and concerns I had involving my pet's care and accommodations, to include a walk-through of the facility. Also, personnel informed that, upon availability, they would upgrade my pet's lodging accommodation at no additional cost!

The dog loved going there. We travel a lot and they were outstanding! Excellent service.

They are clean, courteous, and take care great care of our dogs, which happen to be Pit-bulls. We have had no issues with the many times we have used them. The cost is a bit high, but it is competitive. Also, it is worth it for the care my dogs have received. You have options of rooms and comfort levels. We will definitely be back.

They are just fantastic. One of our dogs was a little skittish. The lady took her in and let her sit under the desk the whole day. They are just really nice. They remodeled their facilities pretty significantly and changed their name. They have a list that you fill out when you come in with anything you might want them to do for the dogs. They get to know you and your pet, and they take special care of you. We have been going to them for five years. The owner's name is Lisa. It started out as a small family business. She has improved it every year, and now she has expanded her facilities. She has big rooms, air conditioned areas, and anything else you might imagine. She doesn't want the dogs disturbed by people coming in and out all the time, so she has strict pick-up and drop-off hours.
