After listing and unlisting my house with multiple local agents (who were much less than helpful), Latunya cold called me and I took a shot with her. Thank goodness I did! Latunya had more showings in the first week than I had seen in the last year combined. She is an absolute hustler and sold my house for well above the previous listings. ALL WHILE DEALING WITH THE COVID COMPLICATIONS. I live 10 hours away from the house we listed, never met her in person, and she worked so hard for me you would think we were old friends. I can not say enough good things about this realtor and her work ethic. If you're looking to list in her area, you'd be making a mistake to list your property with anyone else.

Overall, it is going well.  They found me a tenant VERY quickly and have been handling the day to day management professionally.  There have been a few glitches which may have been due to a change over in systems following a merger with another company.  The biggest red flag is connected with their expectation that they would be able to continue to charge the monthly charge for services a full THREE YEARS following my termination of the contract.  When I refused to sign this, they agreed to provide services for me anyway, but I hope they realize that this is a totally unrealistic expectation and eliminate it from their contract all together.

Bill Snuggs represented us as first time home buyers. Long story short he recommended a "buddy" of his who works with AmeriSpec to inspect the home for us. Conveniently, the inspector found only small things wrong with the house. The home was in need of a cleaning also (there was still hair in the bathroom drawers!), but the seller was very unwilling to negotiate, or so our real estate agent told us. In the end, we got nearly nothing we asked to be done. The price negotiations went nowhere as well. We ended up buying the home, since we figured we could fix all these small things and give it a deep clean ourselves.
I recall Bill going on and on about how he was in financial straights, how tight things were. He was late a few times, but only by about 15 minutes. He also kept showing us houses at the very top of our price range, which was irritating because we kept telling him that we didn't want to go that high.
The thing that bothers me to this day: we had just closed on the house, and were walking out of the builidng. Bill Snuggs was walking with us and literally said: "You guys could've have gotten a better deal, you were way too nice." My immediate thought: "You're MY realtor, where was this advice a month ago???!?"
Then the kicker, 2 years living in that home we found all kinds of issues, the attic insulation was not correct, there was exposed wiring in the attic, the entire kitchen was on the same breaker, all things Bills "buddy" inspector should've found, but didn't.
The icing on the cake: we are selling our home now, and the inspector for our buyers found several structural issues with the trusses in the attic and with the joists in the crawl space that we have had to spend thousands repairing.
Take my advice: don't go with Bill Snugs, he cannot be trusted and he will not work for you. He is only interested in a quick sale, helping his "buddies" out over his own clients.

My experience has gone very well. She has lived here for quite awhile now and really knows her stuff. She is very detail oriented and I would highly recommend Rosemary to others.

On July 2011, I received orders to relocate to a new Army base and decided to utilize SPM (Strother Property Management) to take care of my house while I was gone. I will start by saying that I went through over 10 Property Managers in a period of two years, everytime that there was something wrong with the house they assigned a new manager in order to avoid to answer questions-their response: "I just started managing your house and will look into it". I had a no pets policy in my house and they allowed pets in my house without even notifying me. Even the tenants told me that they didn't do anything during the time they were there and told me that they were stealing my money. If something broke in the house, the tenants had to call me directly in order to get it fixed. Very incompetent and unprofessional personnel. Finally I was able to get rid of them and the last one is that when they conducted the final inspection with the tenants, they didn't verify the keys that the tenants returned and they gave me the keys to another house. I was so fed up with this company that I decided to go to Lowe's and change all the locks without having to deal with these morons. Be diligent and do your research, I didn't do it and I paid for it. Don't trust your property to this incompetent people.

Mike was amazing. We are now using Brenda and she is great too. We called her with some questions and she was extremely helpful.

They've been very helpful.  They're very understanding and will walk you through the steps.  Ms. Ruiz takes the time to put your mind at ease.   She is a very good realtor.
