Worst contractor I've dealt with in many years. Promised all kinds of good stuff, never came through on any of them. Paid 50% cash (no credit cards), then waited 2 months for their sub to start work. Had to pay balance (cash again) the day work was completed. Needed additional sheets of plywood for roof, and was verbally quoted one price, then billed $8 per sheet more (50 sheets). Estimator (Greg) reeked of alcohol every time we met. Promised more services and "good deals ", but all were forgotten after payment was made. If you don't like being lied to and jerked around for months on end, stay away from this contractor.
