The unit was under warranty. He came, he looked at the serial number on the unit and said it was possibly still under warranty for the work that may have to be done. So, he went back to his office, he checked, and he found out that it was, so it didn't cost me at all. He is reasonable. All my dealings with him have been honest. He didn't have to tell me it was warranty work, he could have charged me, and he could have turned around and filed a and ldquo;no warrantyand rdquo; work and doubled his money, but he didn't. He gives me a ballpark time of when he is going to be there and he gives me about a 40-minute head start. He calls me and he meets me. He is the only one that I use.

.They did an excellent job. The price was really good. The unit is more than I really need, but it does a good job heating and cooling.
