Although I have a contract that stated he would seal the completed deck he requested additional payment. A split board was by the entrance to the deck which I had to contract someone else to replace. The job was not done in a timely manner.

It took much longer than original estimated time of completion. A split board was never replaced, another board not properly secured and consequently sprang up, although the contract states a sealant would be applied.. . .it was not!
