I truly apprecite the care and attention that took place during the installation. DJ took the time to explain absolutely every step of the process, and explained why each step was important and how it affected the heating and cooling of the house. Tim was very professional and courteous, and took the time to explain his steps as well, even when it felt like French. I have no doubt that the entire team works this way, and I would certainly recommend to any and everyone!

One of the best experiences I have ever had having work done at my house. They were professional, polite, informative and very respectful of our home. The owner, installers and office staff worked together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I actually had pneumonia during the installation and they were so considerate of my condition and did not disturb me as I was resting. Quentin Collins was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to ensure we got the correct system for our needs. DJ and Tim are a perfect team. They had us cool in no time and we are so thankful as it was a hot week. All of our heating and air conditioning needs in the future will definitely be with Day and Night. Thank you all

Repair job went as described in quote; approximately 3hr job. Everything seems to be working fine at this time. Tech cleaned up after himself 100%. All three people that I was in contact with was very pleasant and a joy to deal with!

Very Professional, Great Company to work with. On time and will keep you informed of appointment time and when the technician is on their way. Provides very through maintenance service to keep HVAC system running and reduce expensive repair cost. All of the staff I have spoken to on the phone and field technicians are a pleasure to work with. Will continue to use for years to come. Good. It was a Saturday and we spoke about 9 am, and by 2:30 pm my air was working. Because there were no parts replaced, I found $313 a little bit of a steep price for what was called a "BAND-AID Level - Quick Fix" However Johnnie was friendly, respectful, and overall I was satisfied with the job done and the speed with which it was completed.

OMG!! We had our home built in 1991. Day and Night replaced our Heating and A/C unit and did a great job. That was 9 years ago. It has given us no trouble at all. Then someone mentioned if we had our duct work checked out. Wow, did not think of that. We used to have Cats, and we know the litter sometimes fell into the duct work. SO we called D&N to check it out. WOW, First our system was not in 'code' anymore ( go figure) so, they explained everything they would be doing, showed us the difference from the old ( out of code) to the new material. Plus a great price. So we set it up and they came and started working. OMG how bad our old duct work looked.
To make a long review short :) Day and Night did a fantastic job. We now can keep the house 3-4 degrees 'Lower' then we used to. And WOW NO DUST! Seems like all the outlets were leaking. If you have never had your duct work checked out or "any' Air Condition or Heating work. Call them. You will not be disappointed!

These guys just finished replacing my old, undersized Goodman heat pump with a new Trane XV20i unit. Mike, Phil and Danny did a great job on the install, everything looks good and the air handler in the attic (Trane TAM8) in the attic space above the garage looks extremely clean. All new lines and duct work... Johnnie did the setup and final turn-on and it works fantastic. It took my space from 85 degrees to 65 degrees in under 2 hours. The old unit would run 24 hours and never get it below 78... overall, a GREAT job. Quentin has a great group of guys...

Day and Night has strengths. If you have an emergency, someone will come out to help you at all hours. They use top-notch resources. Their repairmen (all male in our experience) are professional.
And they have problems. They overcharged us during the years of our warranty. Responding to my complaint, they sent us a small reimbursement check (under $50) because they claimed that any time there's a warrantied part to be replaced, they charge a $90 fee for filling out the warranty paperwork and shipping back the part. So if you save $50 on the warrantied part, you'll be charged $90 for that part to be returned. Finally, Day and Night insisted I need a new unit, a diagnosis that took over a week to determine, until we all realized that our current unit was under warranty. Then it became a cheap, easy repair.

When the technician arrived at my residence, he diagnosed the problem as a "burned out fuse." He then called his office to obtain permission to fix the problem. Although my problem turned out to be electrical, the technician handled it. I am impressed that this business cares enough about their customers to go above and beyond what expected of them.

Company was given all payment info for the visit and technician was unable to use his payment device to run the card. Called the bank they said everything was fine and that it was their service. Called the main office and gave same info they also had the same issue employee said she would call if she was unable to process the card on their main system and did not return the call (it was after 5:30 so she went home instead) The checking account now had 5 transactions. Apparently they decided that the information was not good and cancelled the appointment when I called the manager in the office now a different employee ran the same info with no issues (she obviously did it correctly) Then they told me that the appointment was still cancelled and they could not fix the tenants AC so $105 down the tubes and the tenant a 65$ medically disabled woman is not sitting in her house with no Air conditioning. Do not use them!.
