They were able to resolve the issue. It took about 3-4 days. It was an acceptable amount of time. They have been very helpful, the service personnel is always very nice and kept me informed. I have been happy with the work they have done on my car.

This whole experience was a nightmare. I would never go back to this place. My phone call got transferred around to multiple people. Two different people quoted us on different prices that it would cost to change our engine. They never called back when they said they were going to. I even called once, and got hung up on because no one wanted to talk to me so I could figure out what was going on with my car and what the cost was going to be. The only positive was that I had to leave my car there for about a month while they worked on it and we tried to figure out what we wanted to do with it and they didn't charge me a storage fee.

The whole process was nothing but a headache. We were lied to multiple times. They are not trustworthy. They tried to make it right but once you lose trust it's hard to go back! We will not buy another vehicle from Crown or recommend them.

The person who controlled my case was very good. I appreciate her because she kept me informed and always explained things for me. She was very helpful. It was as pleasant as it could be considering the price.
