Excellent service - called on Friday evening and they were there promptly on Monday morning. Took about 45 min total and had everything working perfectly. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again if I ever need a plumber again.

They were excellent. Very nice and professional and didn't take advantage of the situation by any means. did what needed to be done with no hidden costs or fees. Any issues tat arrive in the future that can't be fixed on our own, we will call them every time.

I made the call on a saturday. He was one of the only companies to answer, with it being a saturday. Showed up a couple of hours later. Worked and searched till he found the problem. Fixed it. Explained what was going on. Whole 9 yards. Would call him again.

They called when they were on their way, showed up in a timely manner, were really polite and charasmatic, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it fast and properly... Said if for any reason it acted up o just give them a call back... A+ service!

He made arrangements to come and remove commode and sink so the flooring could be installed the next day. He came back after the floor was installed, to install new commode and sink. It was done very neatly. It took about a month to get the bill and was quite much above the approximated cost.

I had called American Home Shield to sent a plumber because of the service we paid for. The plumber was from American Plumbing. He said the leak was between the exterior and interior wall and that he would have to check with American Home Shield. He called and they said they would not pay for removal of section of kitchen sink , which plumber said I would have to personally do. I said forget it and cancelled the order. I then got a referral from a friend. Cox and Son. They had nothing but good work for their work. I agree! Cox came and looked at problem, said we don't need to remove sink. He then drilled a 2" hold at back of sink cabinet, had his helper run a short line to main drain and then tie in to sink drain and bingo, he was finished in less that 1hr. He cleaned up his mess and guarenteed his work!
