I can't believe I had those beautiful hardwood floors covered for 17 years with carpet. Richard and his co-worker were very friendly and accommodating to my needs and requests. There was a slight delay in the start of my job due to illness of the owner. However when the job was started, it was completed in the previously discussed time frame. Richard was willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations to ensure I was 100% satisfied. My floors look great!
