Dr. Valenti has been my veterinarian for the last 5 years and she always provides excellent service. She is very up front and honest when answering questions or giving follow-on instructions. She wanted to take a stool sample and blood for the past-due wellness exam, and also suggested that I get a dental cleaning at my first availability. I scheduled a dental cleaning before leaving and both of my dogs are up to date on everything.

I made an appointment to have my dog seen and was 30 mins late that day, they squeezed me in a little later anyway as they didn't want me to wait any longer to have my dog treated. They were very efficient and treated my dog very well.

They are not friendly at the Cliffdale Animal Hospital. It's hard to go there. I don't want to go back the way about them made me feel bad. The office was always empty because nobody went there. However, the doctor there was really nice.

My cat of five years developed a Pancreatic condition that some say is deadly. After hours at another place, and no definitive answers, we went to Cliffdale Animal Hospital. Everybody was professional and knowledgeable and we got more in 30 minutes there than the hours we spent at another place. My only thing is you have to make a decision if your pet is worth large amounts of money it you cant afford it. We can afford some services, and the Doctor called us and gave us great advice and we thank her for it.

The veterinarians are pretty good. They take time to talk to you and pretty knowledgeable.

Reception and the vet techs were friendly, gentle and efficient. They introduced themselves, treated my pet like their own and explained what was going on. The waiting room was large, plenty of seating and space for pets. This was actually our first visit and since then we've been back for a dental cleaning, which was also a pleasant but naturally more expensive visit.

We used to live on this side of town and had a problematic cat that Dr. Valenti took care of. When we moved to the other side of town, we took our dog to her routinely. Excellent care and advice. Dud (a chocolate lab, lived for 15 years) was well taken care of, and when she had to be put down, they were there for us.

It took about 2 years before we could get another dog. When we got Kona, (also a chocolate lab), we took her (our side of town) to where her parents were treated. Had questionable and expensive care for her limping and other problems. Casting and severely sedating her for months. After spending a lot of money, I took her to Dr. Valenti, who immediately diagnosed her problem and explained what was happening, and how to treat it, and gave us medication.

Still not learning my lesson, I started taking her to a vet that was incredibly convienent to work, where I could drop her off in the morning, pick her up after work, etc. Well, then I had issues with them that she would come back limping, or extremly thirsty, and I would spend money for xRays when we already knew what was wrong with the limping. Dud, being a lab, had little growths that occasionally had to be removed. Dr. Valenti told us they were just fatty tumors and not to bring her back unless they impeded her mobility. With this dog, Kona, she told me the same thing, instead of taking her in, spending hundreds of dollars to have one removed, don't do anything unless there is a problem.

So, having learned my lesson, even though it takes me an additional hour or so to go to Dr. Valenti, we will always do so, because I love my dog (even though she is a hyperactive, attention deficeit disorder dog -per our trainer), and I trust Dr. Valenti.

Great animal hospital and vet services. Clean inside. We have been taking our dogs there since 2002. Dr. Valenti knows and remembers our dogs.
