The work was done but within 9 months the corners on the dormers (a composition board) began to come apart following rainy weather. I am not sure these boards were intented for outside construction, but they were what he selected. I questioned him about them at the time he was installing them and was told they had a 50 year warrenty. Well, one board lasted 9 months and another is now coming apart and I have more on the other dormers that I am afraid will also fail. I called, and talked to Chris in October of 2013 and he said he would come and take a look and would call me back with a day he would do that. I never heard back and called again and got the same commitment -- he would call and let me know exactly when he could come. Never called back. He does not answer my emails in which I sent photos of the problem, does not return my calls from messages I have left on his answering machine. In Dec. of 2013 I sent him a certified letter with a picture of the problem and received a receipe signed by him that he got the letter. In the letter I requested he contact me in 10 days about the matter. It is now the middle of January of 2014 and I have heard nothing. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I would not use him again.
