Excellent. I do not worry about my fur babies when I am out of town. They are the best caregivers. We get detailed notes when we arrive home and let us know how the babies were and what they did. The person really gets to know our animals and it is normally the same person all the time. The owners are excellent communicators and really know about animals and running a business. You will not find any better for your fur babies than this company. The prices are very reasonable and you have piece of mind if one of the animals get sick while your gone. They take care of them and get them to the vet. Awesome company

I was very impressed with their work from the first time I worked with them. Someone came to my home before the first time they cared for the cats and spent 90 minutes with me talking about the specific needs of both cats down to the smallest details. When I'm gone, they send me photos of the cats by text, and they leave extensive notes about what happens when they are with the cats. They turn lights on in different rooms each day so that it appears someone is home, and they take our recycling and trash out to the curb on the appointed day. They also bring in packages from the front porch, pick up the paper, and check the mail. I love knowing that when I have to go out of town, my cats are well-cared for! It gives me such peace of mind.

Carolina Pet Care provides an exceptional service. The care and comfort goes above and beyond. My furbabies and content and stress free upon our return. In fact sometimes I think they are a bit disappointed when they see us come through the door and not their Pet Care Nanny!! My babies are fed to my specification (I have them on a raw diet) and treats and activities are provided daily. Our caregiver leaves us a detailed note for every visit. Litter boxes are cleaned and swept daily. Food bowls washed and fresh water provided. In the summer they keep my outdoor flower boxes watered and alive!! For longer trips, they pick up my mail. Emails, texts and phone calls are answered immediately. I recommend them to everyone in need!

Carolina Pet Care is AMAZING! The prices are the same as boarding one pet BUT they took care of three pets AND basic needs around my home! While I was gone they sent me updates and pictures of my babies, which really made my day! I returned home after 13 days to happy happy happy fur babies! There were detailed notes from each visit, the cat box was clean, the food and water was full and clean, they rotated the lights in the house, brought up the trash cans, and brought in and neatly stacked the mail. I not only benefited from having a pet sitter but because they were there and visible several times a day, brought in my mail, left the TV on (as requested), and adjusted the lighting my home was secure while I was away. I got a pet sitter and house sitter all in one! I will use them again and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

I am beyond happy, I've never been able to leave my babies before without a tragedy. I have two Yorkies and one is older and has bad anxiety when I leave her. This is the first time in God knows how long I left my babies to visit my family. When I returned, I came home to two happy, healthy and excited to see mama babies. They weren't over weight or under weight, but just how I left them. All instructions were followed and the notes described what they did daily. I noticed some of the things that were written down would only be noticed if they were comfortable and time was spent with them. I literally wanted to cry! I am so confident in Carolina Pet Cares ability to care for my babies I've already booked another trip to see family on a different side of the US. P.S. my babies don't travel well either so this service is a true blessing!

We have never had an issue with this service and would recommend them to everyone. They walk the dogs, feed them, let them out to potty and clean up the yard after them. They give them their treats and meds, play with them, and give them love. We have been gone for a week or two at a time and never had to worry about our home or our pets. We plan to continue using them.

This company is phenomenal. For boarding it costs a minimum of$ 20 per dog per day in my area. Plus the inconvenience of taking my babies a day before and picking up a day after costing me two extra days. With four dogs that is a lot of money. This company not only is super economical per day (I get 3 (.5 hour) visits per day), I also save the two extra days on an otherwise boarding fee. Plus all of the aforementioned services. They always answer my neurotic texts on my animals' welfare, send me pictures, and answer my emails/texts very promptly and keep me updated on any emergencies.

My cat, Mayer, is 17 this year and needs two pills and all kinds of food to get him to eat. They not only have patience to try the various foods, and treats but even bought him treats they thought he might like! No extra charge, just to be nice and because they care like that. They have daily notes for each visit. They have to come two times a day for Mayer due to his pills. He has gotten very fussy over his food, sometimes he eats sometimes he doesn't. When they notice he is eating less, they try the other options my husband and I Have offered them. They take pictures and send them to me on my phone, and even my flowers that bloomed while I was gone! The sitter comes in their car with NO advertisement on it as they feel they want to not advertise that we are not home. :) I love this! My mail is very neatly stacked on the table and Mayer's daily notes are on there as well. They are very caring and just all the way around great people....ALL of them! I have used them now for about two years and have never had a bad experience.

.The company was to feed, change water and cover the birds at night . The three aquariums were to be fed a minimum amount during my short absence from home( a period of two and one half days) .One visit to be in the evening of 1/25/2016; second visit to be morning and evening of 1/26/2016 and third visit to be morning and evening of 1/27/2016. Met with Theresa (co-owner of company) 11/4/2015 to explain care requirements of animals and paid $60.00 in advance. Met with Theresa again 1/21/2016 to again explain care requirements and give her keys to the house. She was paid $34.00 and told the care requirements would be written down and taped on kitchen cabinets. We returned home at 7PM on 1/27/2016. We found a dead fish in our large aquarium and our largest parrot's cage was not covered. The pet care requirements were not followed in regard to feed mixture for the birds. A check dated 2/6/2016 for $57.00 was mailed to get my keys returned. There was a hidden/never mentioned fee of $10.00 for "key pick up". I paid them an overage of $20.00 to mail my keys. It cost the company $8.59 to mail my keys. Not only can these people not follow oral instructions(twice given) nor written instructions, they kept the change from postal costs. The best part was the text tirade(via cell phone) directed at me from the other co-owner Shannon......so professional in the customer relations department! You get what you pay for; hence, we will never use this company again nor can we recommend them. This negative situation could have been avoided if an apology had been offered instead of an excuse for not covering our most geriatric bird in January......"we knew you were going to be home soon so we did not cover her"......makes no sense ! I am a totally disabled Army veteran and my spouse is totally disabled with Lyme Disease and I cannot believe how this company treated our animals and us for that matter.

"Mr [Member Name Removed], we were incredibly sorry for any miscommunications and we apologized repeatedly. But, you did not even notify us that there was anything wrong or you were unhappy until almost a month after your return and I had issued a late fee on the balance due. That long after service, there's no way I could come see any of the issues you say were present upon arrival. While I'm not dismissing your grievances, we did find it odd that it wasn't brought up until you were issued a late fee. Regardless, you were clearly told upon scheduling the initial consultation that we would need to pick up 2 copies of the keys at the consult. When we did the consult, you did not have the keys and were told there would be a key pick up fee which you agreed to. Not to mention, it is listed on our website. We got feeding & care instructions at the Nov consult. When we went back in Jan to simply pick up keys, you gave us different feeding instructions. When we started visits 4 days later, there were even more different instructions left at the house. This all made it very confusing and hard to follow. But, we did try to do it the way you wanted. When you insisted on getting your keys back, we offered to return them in person right away, which would have cost you nothing. Instead you insisted on us mailing them and sent a check explicitly stating that it was for mailing the keys back certified, return receipt. This we did. We hate that our service wasn't able to make you happy. We never had a "tirade", we were never upset with you at all, in fact we were just very disappointed that we couldn't make you one of our 700+ happy clients!"

All went as planned. The Service left notes on each visit and from what we saw returning home, the cats were well cared for. The cats never got sick and if they did Carolina Pet Services arranged a means of vet care prior to us leaving. Carolina Pet Services included in their fee home safety such as alarms, turning lights on and off, opening and closing our curtains in the morning and evening respectively, picking up the paper from a driveway each morning, checking our mail, and adjusting temperatures in our home accordingly.
We called Carolina Pet Services while we were away because there were blizzard warnings where we were and Fayetteville was having its own major ice storm. Their response was quick and set our minds at ease. It was not a problem if we couldn't make it back on the scheduled date. And most of all they never missed a scheduled visit during the ice storms even when most businesses and schools were closed.
Carolina Pet Services is the best of all in-home care for pets. The business is not only a means of income, it seems to us it is also a chosen lifestyle of the owners.

At the last minute, both my husband and I were going to be away from our home for the entire day, leaving our dog at home by himself for 15+ hours. I contacted Carolina Pet Care and within a 1/2 hour they had us on the schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our precious pup wasn't stuck inside all day. They were and always have been a great service to utilize when I am at work for long hours and even go on overnight trips. I don't know what we'd do without Carolina Pet Care - would recommend to all!
