I was given Jason's name by a friend of a friend, but I really needed this work done quickly as my home is on the market. He called me back the same day!! That was on a Friday, and he met with me on Saturday to look at what I needed done. I had a written estimate in my hand by Tuesday and he started immediately. The work was completed by Thursday afternoon. He charged me only what he estimated the cost would be. When I went to check on him, he had a crew there and they were all very polite and professional. He even had one of them crawl under the house and open some vents that he felt should be opened, after discussing with me, and didn't charge me a dime for that. The work was done very well and quickly. They cleaned up before they left, too.
