Overall, many of the staffmembers are kind and friendly.One particular nurse, upon "dropping the ball" on my care, not returning phone calls for more than 3 weeks, and nearly causing me to miss my window of opportunity for a series of shots that would have been beneficial for my particular pregnancy situation, actually became extremely rude on the telephone with me, acting as if I was in the wrong for expecting a certain level of care. I was appalled. It was so offensive that I actually called my insurance company that VERY day, and changed providers (to Womack) in my 18th week of pregnancy. In my opinion, Fayetteville (and surrounding areas) is such a "baby machine" that they know they will have  a steady stream of business, so rudeness and inconsiderate behavior most likely goes unchallenged because the options for available maternity care are extremely limited. I would rather deliver a baby alone on my living room floor than be subjected to the type of treatment I was subjected to.I would never go back to Cape Fear OB/GYN. Clearly they are too busy to give the kind of individualized care that any pregnant woman deserves
