Landscaping
The lawn looks awful. The sod was never connected and it looks like a checkerboard. I will now have to hire another company to repair the mess.

No issues with Brian not wanting to do the job. It is somewhat extensive clearing of an area overgrown with vines and weeds. It took us a few times to link up telephonically, but he visited the property when his schedule permitted and was not afraid to refer me to another vendor better qualified to complete the work.
