I have gone with my husband and the gentle man is very nice. He is well spoken in English. The only thing I don’t like is when he is trying to make sure you understand diseases he has got very kindergarten kind of literature. Some people don’t like being talk own to. My husband was a little bit up bur it only happened once.

Totally professional.  Very good experience.

They were recommended by my primary care physician. They were okay. They were average. I still have some other issues going on and they did refer me out to a specialist at UNC. I thought it was something they cannot handle in town. I did not think they needed to refer me to UNC. I felt like they should been able to handle it or help or with a specialist in my area. UNC is probably an-hour or an-hour-and-a-half away from me. That was great, but I just thought it could have been handled locally because I ended up going all the way up there to come back here to have the testing done. Their availability was good.

I liked the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. Everything went on schedule.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Sanjeev Slehria. He was efficient throughout, punctual, does not make you wait and is very thorough. He asked me how long this acid reflux has been going on, went ahead and out and put a scope down. He asked why it took so long to come in as it had done some damage, and he did not know if it was going to repair itself. I couldn't get my pills down even through the esophagus. They put you on a light sedation and go in and search your esophagus. And then I had trouble again six weeks later and same thing, it was the second time and Dr. Sanjeev Slehria said I'm going to explain to you if we we don't do a procedure we need to do it for the third time and we would perform a surgery and after finding what it was, and later he did not do the surgery. He said it was really enlarged,doing surgery would cause lot of issues. So after the second one, it's going to work he said that he is going to keep me on two medications for acid reflux to be taken in morning and night, after which I've not had this one problem. And I had lived with Acid reflux for 15 years. Acid reflux, it has been gone now, ever since I've had the procedures done. Dr. Sanjeev Slehria is a fantastic doctor and great!

During the years that I've been a patient of Dr. Gupta, he has performed an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on two separate occasions. The last time these procedures were performed was a five year check up. The first time that I met Dr. Gupta was after I had spent several years working overseas in a location where there was no real access to quality healthcare.

I had developed a severe problem with what was then referred to as indigestion. This had grown progressively worse by the time that I made my first appointment with Dr. Gupta after a friends recommendation.

Dr. Gupta performed the an Endoscopy and Colonoscopy shortly after my first appointment and subsequently diagnosed me with Gastrointestinal Reflux Disease (GERD) and another condition known as Barrett's Esophagus. As a result of the Barrett's Esophagus which is precancerous, I continue to see Dr. Gupta on an yearly basis for a check up.

I can't speak for any of the other Physicians at this practice because I've only been treated by Dr. Gupta, but I am extremely satisfied with the service that he and his staff have provided over the years. Following the treatment, they file insurance paperwork for you and make the whole payment process as pleasant as possible. 

After both of my Colonoscopies, I received a telephone call at my house the next day, to insure that everything was okay and that I had not experienced any problems. If you have a problem with acid reflus, I can highly recommend Dr. Gupta.

It was fine; I did not have any problems. They were very informative and they were very professional.

He is a wonderful doctor. I love him and his staff.

Dr. Chung was highly recommended from several of my friends. He is very professional, extremely knowledgable and kind. My procedures have all gone very well and I have had 4 colonoscopies and 2 other procedures. I will always return to him for any future tests and procedures.
