They have always answered my questions. The workers are very helpful, nice and answer your questions. They have everything; coffee, snacks, TV, and a play room for the kids.

They were prompt in their appointment time and very polite. They did not fix the problems that the recalled part had damaged which has caused no end in headaches for me but I will say they were professional and polite.

The service was completed in time frame quoted at time of check in. Oil was changed and tires rotated. Complete check of vehicle. This vehicle was leased from Bryan Honda also. Very friendly and polite. Everything is up front and nothing hidden!!

They did a fine job. They did it relatively quickly once the part came in. We didn't pay anything. It was very straightforward. We showed up and showed them what was wrong and they took it from there.

I called my friend Ron Loes who works in the paint shop at Bryan and explained to him about my wife's accident and her need for a reasonably priced used Honda. He recommended that I speak to a salesman named Ron Garcia. Ron was outstanding! Ron Garcia spent time with us going over the used vehicle we had chosen. He listened as we explained our budgetary needs and went to great lengths to work with us in our budget. He made the buying experience pleasant and comfortable. He treated my wife with dignity and respect, and took great care to deliver the used automobile to her in a dignified and courteous manner. I can't recommend Bryan Honda enough. Ron Loes is a tremendous artist when it comes to paint, Ron Garcia is a gentleman and truly cares about taking care of the customers who come to see him, and the entire staff at Bryan Honda made our buying experience a positive one. When my car was inspected it was not lifted. The mechanic looked at it for a few minutes and then failed my car because there was an exhaust leak. I asked where was the leak and he said he does not know....I will need to come back in a week so they can lift up the car and find the leak. When I asked if it might cost a lot and if it would be hard to fix....the one mechanic looked at the other one and laughed and said it is easy to fix but really expensive. He said that he and quot;hearsand quot; a leak and in week they will be able to find it. They also told me that I need new tires ASAP.
I did not want to wait a week. I took my car elsewhere and asked them to look at my exhaust because I have a leak and an estimate on new tires. I received a call back from the new mechanics and said they could not find a leak anywhere. They also stated that I will not need tires for almost a year that the tread looks great on them.

Their service is good and they don't look to add on things for maintenance. Their price is good as well. They are punctual and they will follow-up with you or call you back to let you know what's going on.

The service was good. The sales personnel were very nice and everybody seemed knowledgeable.

They know how to fix a car. They gave me a ride back and forth to work while it was being worked on. They put the back set in on top of my seat belts. I ended up fixing it. They gave me a ride to work and then picked me up when the work was done.

Rarely do the words and quot;excellentand quot; and and quot;car dealerand quot; go together. However, I can without a doubt recommend Bryan Honda in Fayetteville, NC, especially our internet salesman, Steve Leavell. We used TrueCar, and when we called up Bryan (especially Steve) they gave us an even cheaper quote. Couldn't believe it was true but sure enough, it was. We had a limited window to drive up (about 4 hours round trip) in order to get back for our son's lacrosse game, so asked Steve to have everything ready. He did, we were in and out of there in no time. No high pressure sales, just friendly and competent. Not to mention great prices. Buy your Honda from Bryan. You'll be glad you did. And ask for Steve Leavell.

JR is super nice and explains everything.   My husband is deployed a lot  so being a single mom a lot it's important to have things explained to me.  I don't feel like he's taking me for a ride.  I was last in for an oil change and I had a coupon.  I've been going there for a while, I've bought 2 Hondas from them.  I've been going to them since 2005.   Sometimes they are done fast then they tell me they will be.
