They had to put up a layer of drywall/sheatrock over my existing ceiling to cover damaged areas in 3 rooms. Once mud dried, they stempled. The ceilings were not straight. They sagged in a few areas. Contractor called them back. They stated it was not the sheatrock it was the ceiling itself. They mudded in ceilings to make them more level. Then stempled again. The mud cracked several times and they had to come repair. Ceilings are still not straight, they dip down in a few places but they stated that was the best they could do. When I was stating I had a problem with the way it looked, one worker understood what I was talking about and tried to explain it and I believe it was the owner got irate and stated if I didn't like his work I could do it myself and then left. He later came back and apologized. Every time they came to do work they left mud caked on the floor, windowsills and furniture (even though the furniture was covered with plastic).
