BELTON-JONES SEPTIC TANK SVC

We needed the septic tank pumped out... I looked for a reputable company and decided on Belton Jones based on their reviews. I contacted them and they showed up the next day. They were prompt, courteous and the price was definitely worth it. I highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future. Excellent all the way around!

They were Awesome...... very professional....... called before they came..... would diffently refer them to friends and family.....

the gentlemen were extremely fast and friendly, they even showed me where everything was and explained everything to me. mr.belton even helped me out with another problem and referred me to a plumber to get it fixed. we will definitely be going with them again.

I had a tenant that was experiencing problems with the septic tank.  Belton-Jones came out quickly to assess the problem and offer solutions.  They also returned to the complete the job quickly once I decided what avenue to take for resolving the problem.

Our toilets were flushing very 'sluggishly'. We use septic tank treatments almost monthly, so was concerned our tank was full. Our house was rental property for about 10 years (and I'm sure no one ever had it done!). I had used Belton Septic Tank once before and gave them a call. The customer service rep was very nice and was willing to try to get guys out same day. we agreed on another time - convienent for both of us. They came out - quickly located cover and suctioned the tank. Paid with check. No issues.

Was having a lot of air in our plumbing and toilets were not flushing properly they kept trying to overflow. After having a plumber come out they were unable to find our clean out valve and suggested our tank be pumped to resolve our issue. I then called Beltons and they came out two days later. Two men arrived 30 minutes after quoted time but within a reasonable range. I directed them to our septic area and they quickly found the lid. One man began digging, very quick. I happened to have our shovel handy and let the second man use it to help dig. In minutes they had the area cleared and lifted the tanks lid and one told me it was full so that was good news that, that's what needed to be done, but then he dipped my shovel into the tank to show me how full it was!!! Disgusting! I commented "had to use my shovel to do that!?" And they laughed he then joked, "I'll trade ya" mind you my shovel is..was...new shiny and very good quality, theirs was old and a very basic shovel. There was a hose right next to him no offer to clean it off or even apologize for shoving my shovel in feces! I left them to complete their work (pump tank and refill hole) they were done within 10minutes I paid by check and received a receipt. I asked questions about how often I should have it pumped for our household size he was very knowledgable, told me the states regulations and his recommendation. That was helpful. But definitely cannot recommend on professionalism alone! But the price was good, scheduling was easy, got out here quickly, and work was completed very quickly. On those aspects I would use them again and recommend. Tip: never let septic company borrow your shovel!!! :)
