Value Worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. My encounter with them was a 12 day nightmare!! It took them 4 days to return a call after they sent a technician to my rental property. Then they provided me with information that wasn't even for my house, and had to send a techican out a second time. Technician lied and wanted to charge me $450 for something I did not need. Found a more reputable and honest company that repaired my issue immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst company I have ever received a service from. They literally don't answer the phone when you call (I have a home warranty and they were the provider, so I had to call them). I finally, after 5 calls, was able to get in touch with their front desk. My water heater was broken and needed to be replaced asap, she tells me that she will get me on the schedule for the next day but can't give me a time until the boss man makes the schedule. She said it might be late when he makes the schedule like 6:00pm (not sure how this place stays in business if their boss is only making schedules the night before and no one answers the phone). The tech comes out and looks at my water heater. He determines I need a new one and says he will call my warranty company. I ask him when he will be putting in the report. He told me he had one more call and he would right after (this is at 11:00am on a Friday). I call my warranty company at 3:00pm to see if they have received the report, they had not. I call the company but of course can't get anyone on the phone. I call 5 times to no avail. I call again on Monday, she finally answers after 3 calls and come to find out he still hasn't put the report in. I wont bore you with all of the details but I played phone tag 10 TIMES between them and the warranty company on Monday but he still didn't put in the report. It wasn't until Tuesday it was put in and my warranty company could issue a hot water heater. It still took 2 days to get in. I begged that they use a different tech for the install. I recommend that no one ever use this company. Worst business I have ever worked with. My wife, 4 year old, and 2 month old baby were without hot water for over a week and a half due to their services. I would have just paid $1500 to get a real company to install a new one and not use my warranty if I had known how awful it was going to be.

The day started out rough. The plumbing work was contracted by our granite installers and there must have been a miscommunication because no one showed up.  We had been without water (sinks) over the weekend since the granite was installed, and were on a very tight schedule to complete the renovations.
The granite contractors contacted Mr. Bass who was already in the general area and asked him to complete the job.  He was very, very busy that day, but he worked us into the schedule in a very timely manner and got the job done. He even installed the plumbing for a dishwasher, which was not part of the original work order and was just a nice thing for him to do.
