Paul was incredibly helpful. He took my vehicle in last minute and was able to have it repaired in just over a day. He was fair and honest through the entire process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I brought my truck in the evening before so the work could be performed first thing the next day. The system was pumped down, a sealant and dye was added and new refrigerant was added. The next morning I got a call that the work was done and the A/C was working again like new. Every time I've had work done at Auto Tech of Fayetteville I have been pleased with the quality of work and reasonable prices charged. I'll be back.

Paul had to tools and test equipment needed to diagnose the problem quickly. He also checked the rest if the electrical system to make sure there were not any other problems. Within an hour he had the problem located and the repair part on order. Within two hours of the time I arrived the part had been delivered and installed and I was on the way home. This is the third time I've been to Auto Tech of Fayetteville and every time I've been pleased with their knowledge, responsive repair work, and friendliness. I'll be back!

Paul gave me a ride home since he knew it would take too long to complete my vehicle and have me stay. He has always been upfront with me about repairs needed on my car. He called that afternoon when my car was done. My car runs as smoothly as can be expected with the condition the transmission is in. I feel he gives me good advice concerning the operation of my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to take their car to AutoTech for service.

We live in Charlotte and when we broke down on 95 near Fayetteville we weren't sure where to go or what to do. We quickly looked on Angie's List for a auto repair place close by and Auto Tech had an "A" rating and great reviews so we decided to have the car towed there.   Paul was amazing. He was honest, trustworthy, professional and timely.  Surely he had plenty of other work to do, but he prioritized the work on our car, so we could get the car back ASAP and save on rental fees.  He went above and beyond even driving us to the car rental place and back.  We are so pleased with the service (quality, cost and time it took) that we may make the 3 hour drive to Fayetteville to have work done at Auto tech if needed.

We were referred to Auto-Tech of Fayetteville by a trusted mechanic who had been working on our vehicles for a few years.  We've had the great people at Auto-Tech perform multiple, varying repairs on both of our vehicles and have been very pleased with the service received every time.  The owner, Paul, is exceptionally personable and just a pleasure to deal with.  It's clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.  He also provides better, more frequent communication than any repairman (automobile or otherwise) that I've ever dealt with.  That may not matter to some people, but it goes a LONG way with me.  He keeps me fully apprised of the status of my vehicles and their repairs at all times.  He answers the phone EVERY TIME and always takes the time to answer questions fully, never giving the impression that he's got other, more important things to do. His facility is much cleaner than many shop fronts I've set foot inside, which I think makes the whole inconvenience of needing a car repair significantly more tolerable.  I also appreciate that he doesn't talk down to me the way I've known other mechanics to do towards women.  Our vehicle repairs have always been seen to very expeditiously, despite the fact that there are always many other vehicles in the shop at the same time.  We are always given a quote early in the process, the quote has been honored 100% of the time, and pricing always seems very reasonable for the repairs that are made.  I'm not an easy person to please, but I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experiences with Auto-Tech of Fayetteville.

He talked with me thoroughly to understand what was wrong, explained what he could and could not do and why.  Showed me where the short was (in the cord itself, not just in the connector as I had thought).  Kept my old cord to try to find a replacement for me.  He did take another part I had (a spare part) and fixed it so it would work correctly.

I also over heard him talking with two different customers.  To each he listened carefully to their problem, understood what needed to be done, quoted ESTIMATES, emphasizing that if it was different from what he thought there might be more charges.

He had quoted me $80.00 but charged me only $60 when I left.

I think this place is honorable, fair, knowledgeable, and i have already told two people about him and will tell all others as the occasion arises.

I've had so much work done there. The thing that I really like is, I am a female going to a garage and you don't know who you can trust because they treat you like you are an idiot, and when I go there it is nothing but first class service. They explain everything to me and whenever they are done with my vehicle, they always having it waiting by the front door running, so I can just get in my vehicle and go. It's just nothing but first class service there. I can't say enough good things about them. I am always baking them cookies because they are always saving my butt! They see me at least once a month.
