Gerald W. Canipe did my Home Inspection.  I chose him for the following reasons.
- Single inspector firm which is owner.
- He served 4 years as chairmanof the NC State Home Inspectors Licensing Board (Board designed to protect consuming public not the inspectors) and another 2 years on the Board.
- Has been doing it longer than anyone in Cumberland County. 
He came to the house in two days of being asked to come by, I had the full report with pictures the following day.  He was more than detailed and if I didn't understand something he was more than happy to answer my questions.  Highly recommended.
