This is probably the worst move I've ever experienced, and am still trying to get things fixed without accusations from Andy Anderson. Glass broken, glass missing, refusing to plug in my wall unit, door deeply gouged door in guest bedroom, one of my mats was taken and not returned and my laminate flooring scratched. As I was taking pictures of the floor the worker said he was going to go home since I was taking pictures, said it offended him. To make matters worse his movers called me, was a smart mouth and hung up on me. Mr. Anderson called later, accused me of saying they were stealing from me, was taking care of his sick son and had to "drag" him into the office to call me, talked over me, was very rude and unprofessional. Then just like his mover hung up on me. I had much the same experience with him today, called to find out where something had been put and once again he went off on me, talked over me then hung up on me. I was extremely polite with him, but that didn't seem to matter. Said it was costing him over $200 to cut 2 pieces of glass, really? The only way I see that I will get my house fixed, property repaired and things brought back to me that were taken is through legal action. Court house here I come next week!

I was overwhelmingly pleased with how the move went. Mr. Anderson is very knowledgeable in his trade and very helpful. It was easy to schedule a time and date for my move. I was just moving some furniture from one house to another in town. When the day came the movers where there ahead of time. They went right to work. They were all friendly. The move did not take long at all because they were on the ball. Nothing was damage because they wrap everything and they were careful too. The next day I received a call from Mr. Anderson making sure I was happy with my service. It seems that it’s very important to him that his customer are happy with the job. Which he should be and I was very happy with Andy Anderson Moving Co. If you need some movers these are the guys to call. You will be happy.

Anything we asked of the movers they did it without hesitation. They were professional, thorough, and completed the move quickly. We really appreciated all their help and Mr. Anderson calling to make sure everything went well.

We contacted Andy Anderson Moving for an estimate. He arrived when he said he would and looked over the property. He quoted us a price, what time he would be there and the number of movers he would have there, along with his trucks. One thing we really enjoyed was he gave us several ways to both save money on the move and things to help his crew out. His little tips we feel helped get the move done in a very efficient manner and of course saved us a few dollars. We leaned on his company to move our business as we could not afford any down time. True to his word they accomplished that and things seemed rather seamless. Additionally the property he moved us into was just completely remodeled building from 1938 and after moving 5 individual offices worth of furniture not a single door jam or wall was dented or marked up....we appreciated that.

Thanks to this experience our move was a lot less stressful than any other move in our past. The men moving us were extremely patient and efficient. They worked with us to ensure all our expectations were met. We will never move again without the assistance o this crew.

They broke my washing machine seal during the move. **Update** He paid to have the washing machine fixed. I would like to recommend him for others to use.

Andy's Movers provided one our top move experiences to date.
First, this is an owner operated company, so when you call to schedule and get an estimate you are talking to an owner who truly cares about the reputation of his business. The estimate was the actual cost of services performed, and his rates were reasonable based upon multiple quotes I received from other vendors. I am one of those detail-oriented planners, and I called multiple times to verify the appointment. Andy always picked up in 2 rings or less, and was very helpful & patient.
Secondly the team was great. They arrived on time, were totally professional, worked efficiently, yet took care to get everything to our new home without damage. They worked hours, and only took a VERY short lunch break in shifts, so that things were always moving. T & his team were great. I would hire them all again!

Unfortunately we cannot warn you against this company enough.
1. Movers hooked up our washer and dryer and did not tell us. We also had not gotten the water turned on so when they checked the connection it appeared fine. It was not. Our laundry room was flooded and damage ensued. It was not within the movers parameters to hook up our washer and dryer let alone not tell us. We have moved a few times with movers and have always been told they were "not allowed" to hook or unhook washers and dryers and this is why. When faced with this fact Andy did not offer a refund, help or even an apology.
2. They filled their truck to capacity and did not move all of our things.
Unfortunately even through filing with the Better Business Bureau these issues were not resolved and we were never issued a refund. We were so excited to buy our first house and these movers caused damage right as we moved in.
Cannot stress enough to watch the movers and be careful with who you hire. I will be going back to Two Men and Truck if ever we do an in town move again. I am thankful you took the time to read this review and I hope its helpful with your moving decision here. So disappointed in this company.

They showed up promptly at 7AM as promised and went over the paper work then the 4 man team went straight to work and when I say work these guys went at solid for an hour moving the vast majority of stuff to the truck from the third floor on a day that was in the mid 80's at 7AM. They did take a 10 min break to drink some water ( I had no problem with this as i said they were moving very fast) it took 1.75 hours to load the truck and then only to a little over an hour to unload the truck and put everything back together. These guys were very courteous and professional making sure my wife and I were happy every step of hte way. I can recommend this company enough.

The service was excellent in terms of the movers being right on time and doing a great job to move the furniture. Unfortunately, the owner needs to re-evaluate his prices. I ended up paying $270 for an hour worth of work. The guys had to move a large TV stand, a bed frame, mattress and a box spring and several totes/boxes. They did a good job, however, these prices need to be re-evaluated. I don't know if the owner is desperate for clients or what, but it is outrageous that he prays on people who are desperate to move in a quick time. I came down on military orders and had to move in less than a week, so I really did not have a choice, but just because the work is less and takes less time, that does not mean that he should charge this outrageous price. Three of the movers were young guys, so I wonder how much of that $270 actually went to them and how much to the owner. They were professional, but they did not even have to use their truck. Also, they charged me $30 for some plastic wrap. Really? Over all, the movers who did the work were excellent, but, unfortunately, I would probably not hire them again, due to the owner being so greedy.

"So here is the other side of that story you just read. (removed member name) contacted me and as she states she had to be out within a week. I was so accommodating that I moved her in less than 24 hours from when she contacted me. I offered her four movers at a discounted rate of $125 per hour and she was advised that there was a two hour minimum. The only additional charge she would incur was for materials. She was only charged $20 not $30 for necessary materials. I do not "pray" on people needing to be moved in a hurry. She was advised of the cost ahead of time, checked around for pricing and actually called me back to book and confirm the move. As she stated, the guys and the move were great. There is no reason for her to complain as all went as planned. If she was dissatisfied with the price she was advised of prior to booking, she was under no obligation and had the option of choosing one of the other companies she shopped around with. There were absolutely no surprises in the cost or the service unless she failed to pay attention to what she was told, which is very possible. I tried to contact her the day I received the review (which according to her review she was not yet gone), but she did not answer my calls. She never even contacted me back, but just posted something because it is the easier way out"

Andy Anderson's men arrived at our house a few minutes before their start time, which is always a plus. A four-man crew consisting of Deon, Carl, Dion and another member, who I apologize, didn't get his name, immediately went to work evaluating what needed to be moved into our U-Haul, which we provided.
These guys were fantastic! They had some huge, expensive pieces of furniture to move, and within 30 minutes of being there, they had everything wrapped up and protected, and was ready to start putting things into the truck. From there, it wasn't long before they had completely moved everything into the truck and had it secured and ready to go. I was slightly worried my truck wasn't big enough, although I knew if someone packed it right, it would be okay. And that's exactly what they did, I had plenty of room to spare.
Not only were these guys very competent in moving us, but they had a great sense of humor, and were easy to work with. They made our move look easy. Also, the real test of packing is actually moving it when it's done. I drove this 20-foot truck to its destination, about 150 miles away, with no issues at all. The load stayed tight, no problems with shifting or items becoming unsecured, etc. Upon unloading the truck, there was no damage at all to any piece. We were really impressed with how well everything went. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone that needed their services.

They were on time, hard working, very pleasant, reviewed the contract details with us upon arrival; everything was consistent with what we were told on the phone. They wrapped all items in protective wrap before loading on the truck .. Very good experience, could not have gone any smoother

The movers were great. They arrived early and managed to finish under the time they estimated. They were very polite and professional. They managed to move my treadmill without having to take it apart - something that I did not think they could do. I did not have them pack anything so I cannot comment on that. I would recommend them for any local moves.

He is phenomenal. Anybody that lives in the Fayetteville area, you're a fool if you don't use them. The rates are very reasonable. They do a four-man team. They work quickly, they work efficiently and they do it right.
