Called the company on 4/8 to schedule delivery. The person I spoke with told me that they'd add me to the schedule and that they should be out in about 5-7 days. Ten days later they hadn't called or been by so I called them again. The lady I spoke with checked the scheduling board and said that I was on it and she didn't know why the driver had been out already. She said she'd remind him. They showed up the next day. This is the second time I've had to call twice to get a delivery. Beyond that the service is fine.
