I like their staff and I like the way they care for the animals. I mean, they treat the animals like their own. I would use them again. I won’t take my dog to anywhere else.

Service was great, and much less expensive than I had anticipated for checkups and shots for two dogs.

I was using this place for 7 months, always seen a new vet, that were always kind but always late! No matter what I was there for with my dogs, it takes an hour to get in and then and hour to get out. On this specific date I saw the owner Dr. Davis. She was very rude! I had a litter of puppies ( Great Dane) and had 4 left that were there for their 9 week old shots. A puppy pooped in the cage on the drive and I did my best to clean it up. I got there and waited in the waiting room for an hour, took the pups out to potty where some did. Got into our room, and they all pooped again, they were all panting and warm like puppies are since we waited so long. I cleaned up after the pups, and asked for no help. Dr Davis came in the room and it was hot and stinky, she made awful faces, yes it was still stinky.... but she couldn't stand to be in there and it wasn't that bad, I cleaned it up and had the vet tech take the trash out. The vet tech even rolled her eyes at the doctor when she wasn't looking. Dr Davis stepped out in between checking out each puppy.... not sure why no one else ever did. And I asked the vet tech if she was always this rude and she tried not to comment because its her boss. I was there for shots on all 4 pups and a health certificate on one so they could fly to their new home in CA the next day. She refused to issue the health certificate because his fecal test said he had giardia...(caught from drinking rain water/standing water)... a puppy can fly with giardia, its up to me to she if the owner is okay with getting a puppy who has it. Then Dr Davis tried telling me the one out of 4 pups there who had it got it from its mom because its hereditary... that's not true! Yes pups can get it from the mom, but not because its hereditary, but because its contagious!!!! They then wanted to charge me another $150 for meds for all the pups. I said no and left and went straight to Animal Hospital of Fayetteville, got the meds and the health certificate for 100.00 even! So Dr Davis was EXTREMELY RUDE, would not provide services I paid for! Charge entirely to much! HAS no bed side manner! And doesn't seem to have any knowledge on a common parasite....I will never return here and have posted everywhere I know what an awful woman she is. It a shame because the other two vet ladies there are kind, but I refuse to pay for services at a place that's owned by that b****.

They are excellent and friendly. There wasn't a long wait; we got right in, got the service done, and we were out. I can't really compare their price to anyone else because we haven't gone anywhere else.

I love them. I only see Dr. Davis who is the owner and she is wonderful. She treats, at least my dog and I am sure everybody else's, dog as her own. I think all the prices are a bit expensive, but I wouldn't go to any other veterinarian. We started going to her years and years ago when my dog got hurt, and we've been going to her ever since. She's had to put 3 of them to sleep. She is gentle and loving.

I have visited Dr. Davis and staff at Ambassador Animal Hospital for many years and with many dogs. Her staff is competent and caring. Dr. Davis is the only vet I choose for my pets. She is compassionate, skilled and no nonsense. My dogs have been well loved by her gentle caring. When a pet became old and sick, and had to be euthanized, she provided this final service with respect and compassion.
