Company was very responsive.  Scheduled an appointment for service rep to take measurements.  Arrived on time and answered all of our questions.  Return visit to install replacement window went well.  No problems!

The young women who took my initial phone call was very friendly and professional.  They were able to give me an appointment in a timely manner.  When the gentleman came to my home he was right on time to assess the job.  He was very professional and helpful and made me aware that they would replace the glass in the doors as carefully as possible but there would probably need to be some paint touchup that would be unavoidable because of removing the old glass.  I commented that I anticipated this and that it was not a problem as the doors are in need of a new coat of paint.  When they came to do the job, they were punctual and worked quickly but carefully to remove the old glass.   They also made sure that I was completely happy with the work and pointed out any small spots where the paint was unavoidably chipped to remove the old glass.  I have to say there was MINIMAL chipping of the existing paint.  I was totally amazed at what a wonderful job they did at removing our old fogged double paned glass!  I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

We broke a pane of glass in one of our double glazed windows.
I tried the builders, the building supply company and several other companies, none of whom could help me and told me that I would need to have the entire window replaced.
I was recommended to call AllState Glass by a friend. They were very helpful and courteous. They told me to take the unit in and to see what they could do. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I took the window in.
The next day I had the unit back with new glass in it, all fixed and functional for only $58
