I was looking at a house to relocate from Chicago, so I was handling everything long distance. Chad coordinated with my realtor so he was already onsite and working when we got there to view the property. It didn't work out, but I hired him again to inspect a different property that I ended up buying. He did the 2nd inspection without me there at all, and provided a very detailed report via PDF. I was very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. (Note: I marked "would hire again," but I doubt I will have a need for his services in the future. But I will recommend him to anyone who asks.)
