Work was done neatly and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service and price. He was much cheaper and came right out and gave an estimate, and once I made my decision to go with him started the next day. He offered several choices by different manufacturers and was very knowledgeable about all. He gave the pros and cons and didn't pressure me with high pressure sales tactics. Very honest and straight forward! I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

Advance Heating & A/C scheduled a time to come to our home to install both units. They informed us the installation for both units would take only two days. They arrived at exactly the time they stated they would on Wednesday. By noon they had the new downstairs unit installed and running so we would not be without AC. With the heat rising outside, we were really impressed with their commitment to keep us comfortable while they continued to work. By the end of the first day, they were almost finished with the installation of both units. They returned on Thursday at exactly the time they stated they would come. They finished the final steps to the installation by 2:00 p.m. Because they were doing electrical work and hooking up gas lines, we had to have certain city permits. They took responsibility for obtaining all the needed city permits and scheduled the inspection with the city authorities. They made sure the inspection was finalized on time as promised. By the end of the day our two units were installed, inspected and the entire area was completely devoid of any debris. The job Advance Heating did was beyond belief. Everything done as promised. It was completed in a very professional and curtious manner. The final invoice was for exactly what the estimate was presented at. We have had other work done on our home, but it was never performed so well. Truley a refreshing experience. We highly recommend Advance Heating & A/C to anyone who is replacing a heating/AC unit.
