Installing went OK because we already had most of the equipment. Was charged over $50/mouth. Other services starting providing similar services so called and they reduced monthly to $38 and change. BIG NEGATIVE. I was told when they installed the system that if I move the contract would be cancelled. I just talked to a customer support person at ADT..very difficult to even get the person to understand my new address. The agent was not friendly and said I had to give 30 days notice, this after I had talked to other ADT local people about the move, there was no mention of a 30 day cancellation notice. Guess it pays to read all the find print. The customer support person said "Well you know you are responsible for the remainder of your contract $370".
I was wasting my breath telling the person that I was told if I moved the contact would no longer be valid. I will certainly not recommend ADT to any of my friends or customers.
