I had an issue, they came back out, were very accommodating and were as nice as can be. I will recommend and use them, again.

This company came out for a home warranty repair (listed rate was my co pay for that) However, this company was prompt to respond, even after hours, and provided excellent and quick service. I would definitely use them again.

ABC Plumbing responded quickly, courteously, and efficiently to my first call: an emergency call on Friday, 22 June 2007. From then on, I continued to depend on them with confidence until the beginning of 2010.
After that point, I began to feel discomfort and concern when I could not get a a straight answer, nor a bill, for the emergency service on 26 Dec 2009. Until then, I had received immediate, prompt service; the woman in the office was helpful, courteous, and pleasant; and so were the plumbers. A few months after that, the woman in the office left and a new, also, pleasant female voice answered the phone. But, from then on, I felt confusion when I called; and the plumbers did not always show up for their appointment. Then a second woman became a part of the office. The second woman was often rude and argumentative, and the information on the invoices I received did not always match my own records. When I asked to speak with the owner, he never called back. When I wrote to the owner, I received no response.
Shortly after each of the plumbers last two visits, other service people (in the second case, an electrician who was trying to determine why the whirlpool motor would no longer work after the plumbers had installed new faucets) discovered that the return ducts for the gas packs at each end of the house were damaged (on one) or destroyed (on the other). The plumbers were the only people who had been under the house during the period when the damage had to have occurred. The damage had occurred in exactly the place where the plumbers were working. I had been aware, at the time, that they were having difficulty with the configuration of the variety of pipes, hoses, and wires in the crawl space. And, due to the configuation of the pipes, hoses, and wires, the Heat and AC technician was confident about how the damage had occurred.
In their last visit, I was charged for road time when the plumbers had to return to the shop for something they forgot. They did not successfully make minor repairs to two toilets, as represented. When I was unable to resolve my concerns with office personnel, or get in touch with the owner, I decided to cut my losses and find another plumber. On January 31, 2011, I wrote the owner, specifying my concerns about the service received on the final visit, the invoice for that visit, and communication problems with the one woman in the office whom I could not get beyond. I sent payment for the disputed invoice, and told him that I considered the invoice from 26 Dec 2009, which I had never received, to be settled. I did not bother to go into the damages done to the Heating and AC return ducts. It seemed pointless. The check was cashed. I have received no response.
