Overall I am satisfied with his service because my house has been rekeyed. The part I'm unhappy with is his punctuality. He was 46mins late for our 3pm appointment. I had to call him to find out where he was. Had he initiated the call saying he was running late I would have no issue. Nick will definitely get the job done, just understand that you may have to query him about your appointment time.

He did a good job at least getting my SUV to where I can drive it but now its acting up not good.

This is a great service! Instead of having to take your locks to a locksmith, he comes to you! Couldn't be happier with the work done. Completed his work in a timely fashion and was very helpful and kind.

We just bought a house and wanted the locks re-keyed immediately. It was about 930 at night when he was finally able to meet us at the house. We forgot the new knob set for the front door at our old house and he kindly waited while we ran to the old house to grab it. Very kind and knowledgeable.

He's actually really great and he actually didn't charge anything for the lock. He's very honest and they provided me the advice over the phone.

I have a rental property where the tenants never returned the keys. A
Locksmith arrived on time and was very professional. The gentleman
re-keyed 2 doors for me with duplicates of each key.

Positive overall experience.

I used him because he might have been the one that answered.  When he let me in my house, I had to show him a picture ID with my name and address on it so that he knew he let me into my house and not someone else’s; which I appreciated.  He even had a solution to the problem.  He suggested that I buy a lockbox like the type that realtors use; it has a code.  I hang that now on a backdoor of the house with the key in it so that I do not get locked outside again.  His quality of work was great.

Locked myself in the evening, they answered the phone quickly when I called and came to my home quickly. When the door was unlocked he waited for me to get an ID to prove it was my house, then took my check as payment.  He made suggestions about lock replacements to prevent future lock outs, and different ways to secure a key outside.  Very professional.
