Description of Work: NIGHTMARE ON A TERRIBLE MATTRESS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Description of Work: We purchased matresses from the Good Night Sleep Store, in Fayetteville, NC on 12/11/2009. These matresses wore out by Sep of 2011 and we made arraingement to have them replace under warranty. We were given a choice of mattresse and picked a type which would be more supportive for lowe back pain, and had it delivered 10/15/11. After the delivery van departed I asked my wife what that chemical smell was in the home, and we found out that it emminated from the mattresses. We immediately removed these and stored them in the sunroom for that chemical smell was really bad. The sun room by the way, is enclosed with it's own heating system. Next day we called the store and asked to have those things removed now, and were told oh that smell will go away in 7 days, and the manager even offered us an air iodizer to reove that stink, which did not help, it increased the chemical smell instead. We now have those mattresses for over 4 weeks, the stink, is not quite a bad, but we cannot sleep on them. We asked the store to pick them up, they refused. Please people out there, be careful of any Latex or rubber mattress you buy with a Sealy name on it, for you will truly get the fickle finger of faith award. DO NOT BUY, this is a rip of. Does anyone know some one who can do a chemical analysis?? I am ready to hire a lawyer.
