Kevin did a great job. He was very polite, knowledgable, and easy to work with. The price was a lot less than what I thought it would be. I hope to have to but if required I would defiantly use A Company again.

I emailed the company to request a quote for servicing my front load washer. I received an email reply within hours...and on a Friday night. I spoke to the repairman on Monday and explained that I thought the problem was the seal in the door since the washer was leaking from the door. He gave me a quote for the service and part. He ordered the replacement seal and said he would install it as soon as it came in. Unfortunately the part was delayed a day or two. When he came out on Thursday to replace the seal he found that the problem wasn't actually the seal, but a broken door hinge. He ordered the door hinge and replaced it on Monday.
I was very impressed with the communication of the serviceman at A Company and will call them in the future for any washer/dryer repair needs.
