This provider is a terminal for Dependable Auto Shippers. I had a vehicle shipped by DAS delivered to this location. Upon taking delivery, the vehicle was keyed down both sides. The manager, Wade McDonald, refused to say whether or not the damage was on the vehicle when it was dropped off of the carrier. He said that the car was dropped off at 11:45 at night, and he did not inspect it upon delivery, because it was too dark. After further questioning, Mr. McDonald then said that he did not inspect the vehicle for damage, but an employee of his did. However, Mr. McDonald's signature was on the delivery form. Mr. McDonald continually refused to indicate whether or not the vehicle was damaged when he took possession, and was very unprofessional regarding the entire situation.
