Front, outside faucet had to be fixed in order to attach and detach
hose. Could not remove hose from previous owner without breaking
faucet. Once hose and attachments removed from faucet, there was a
slight leak and faucet was repacked to prevent further leaks.

I have used this company twice. The first time, they were great. I had contacted them to fix a leaky toilet. The serviceman was nice and professional. He ended up servicing all three toilets and only charged approximately $160 for parts and labor. The service took about 30 to 45 minutes. I called them a second time because my hot water heater is leaking. I do not know anything about hot water heaters which is why I contacted a professional. A serviceman came out, changed a valve on it, and charged me at least $100. The service took about ten minutes and my hot water heater is still leaking.

It was a very good experience. After being disappointed by one local plumber, I searched the Yellow Pages and came across 1-800-Plumbing, Inc. I called, asked about their services, told them what I needed, and was told that someone would be out the next day between 8:00-9:00am. Not only did the plumber arrived when expected, he (Mr. Benny) was very professional, informative, and courteous. It only took him approximately an hour to complete the job. It was done according to my expectation and I am very satisfied with the results.

I was real happy with 1-800-Plumbing Inc - Fayetteville. They came out and solved the problem the same day I called. I would recommend them. I thought their price was fair. Their punctuality was very good.
