Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The units (we have two) are checked to make sure they are working correctly. Units are cleaned and filters, etc. are all examined. We are reassured everything is in good condition and the area is left exactly as they found it. Having the maintenance contract is good because problems can be diagnosed before they become a major expense. One morning we didn't have air conditioning and I called and left a message. One of the techs was over here within the hour and he found that there was a small connection problem under the house. It was fixed and we had air in no time at all. That visit and repair was less than $100! :)
