 + -1 moreAfter contacting Mr. Overholt about the project, we discovered that we have significant plumbing issues that have to be taken care of before moving forward. Mr. Overholt was always courteous, professional and helpful. We will hopefully work on a project with Mr. Overholt in the future.

 + 0 moreTom Overholt and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They did a quality job for a fair price and I would work with them again on other projects.
Description of Work: Tom and his crew hand dug a trench around much of the perimeter of the house to expose the block foundation wall and floor slab. this wall was pressure washed and all of the holes and cracks in the block were patched and new concrete was poured in a few areas to prepare for the waterproofing. A four part waterproofing and drain system was installed (by a separate company contracted through Tom Overholt) up against the block foundation. The dirt was replaced and shaped in such a way as to encourage water to drain away from the house. A new retaining wall was built and two water bars were installed to again divert water away from the structure of the house.

Tom Overholt Building Corp offers the following services: We build small starter homes to move up mid priced homes, we do garages, decks, bathrooms, kitchen remodels, basements and room additions. If it's housing related we probably do it. We are a full service building firm and offer design work and drafting. We also do commercial work, new and remodeling. We also do light dirt work and grading. Our goal is to give a fair price and quality work.
We offer many services that are construction related, it's best to give us a call or email us and let us look at your project, we don't charge to come out and make an evaluation. If it is something that we can do, we will give you a price, there will be no pressure or obligation to use us. We will give you an honest opinion and let you make the decision.
