Hang Time Drywall

I was referred to Larry by a friend after everyone else I contacted was too busy. Even though Larry had a tight schedule he fit me in and met the deadlines I already had in place. He was extremely thorough, ensuring he took note of each detail I wanted, if anything could pose a problem, and noted any additional complications up front. He was honest with his estimate and took effort to lower it where he could during the job, despite me being happy with it already. The space was ~500sqft. with as many corners and soffits you could think of for a basement space. He met each challenge with confidence and a measured approach detailing what he wanted to do and if it met my standards. Larry was on time if not a little early each day, prepared, and ready to tackle the job with a great attitude. After dealing with plenty of trades with their own issues of schedules, pricing, and screwups, Larry was a breath of fresh air. I would 100% hire him again for a similar job if I ever decide to tackle something like this again.

I contacted Larry about my problem, we setup a time for him to come look at the job. He arrived at the agreed time and gave me a very fair quote. He came out to do the job on the day and time he said he would be here. The job went well, It included reattaching the drywall, taping the seam and texturing the repair to match the existing texture. The results were outstanding, the wife and I are very pleased. The final cast was less the estimate which was icing on the cake. In summary, Larry gets an "A" for dependability, quality of work, and for being a super nice person. I absolutely would hire him again and recommend anyone else do the same.

Looks like there never was a door. Very, very good work. He has done work fo me before and I will use him whenever I need drywall work done in the future.

Larry is a remarkable person and we are more than pleased with him and the quality of his work. We were looking for a local company to do our job and were certainly chose correctly. Larry, and Josh were both punctual, professional, and excellent at their trade. At the time of the quote Larry had no openings in his schedule to accommodate our cabinet delivery for the kitchen. Larry arranged to hang and finish the kitchen prior to the delivery of the cabinets, and return at a later date to finish the job. Not only did they work around our schedule, but the completed the job for less than the original quote. I would highly recommend Hang Time drywall for all drywall needs.

Larry was prompt and very courteous from the day he provided the quote till they finished the job. He and his crew did amazing work with much attention to detail, especially since they had to improvise and help me to figure out how to make straight walls in my crooked old house. He also took extra time to shim the ceilings before hanging them to get rid of the waves. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it, that is huge. Larry did an amazingly beautiful, absolutely seamless repair of my damaged ceiling and wall. I don't know how he was able to duplicate the original texture so exactly but he did. He is courteous, dependable and trustworthy and his fees are extremely reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Larry (Hang Time Drywall) replied to my phone message quickly, then scheduled and completed the work quickly. As per other comments, he is a VERY personable, responsive, genuinely nice human being. I greatly appreciate his excellent work fixing the leak problem for about half the price of replacing the whole ceiling then throwing in a couple other small drywall patches he noticed while doing the ceiling job.

Larry worked me in his busy schedule by coming out on a Saturday. I appreciated him doing this so that I could continue to paint the room. Watching Larry work is like watching an artist. He strives for perfection. The knock down that he did perfectly matches the rest of the ceiling.

Larry and his helper, Altar, did an excellent job hanging and finishing my drywall.  His prices were reasonable and the speed with which he completed the job was good.  They are very nice guys and were nice to my dogs, taking care to not let them out of my fenced-in yard while they were working. I will definitely hire them in the future when I need drywall work.

He's an outstanding worker---skilled, conscientious and prompt. He goes the extra mile....and his fees are very reasonable, An added bonus is his meticulous clean-up. I should also mention his delightful personality which makes him a pleasure to be around.

Larry was fantastic!  Not only is he a genuinely wonderful person, but he is a perfectionist and master of his trade. 
He prepped and drywalled over the failing plaster walls in 2 of my closets that had been damaged due to water.  Both closets were fairly difficult to work with, and to work in, as the space is narrow.  In both closets, the existing plaster on one wall was right up against an old coal chimney.  This is where the previous water damage had been so the plaster was in rough shape and crumbling.  It made it much more difficult to secure the new drywall to ensure that the wall would not buckle in the future. 
Additionally, Larry did a perfect finish job so no prep work was necessary prior to priming and painting the new drywall. Both closets are now clean and functional.  Larry was also amazingly clean throughout all of the work.  Surprisingly, all drywall dust was contained within the closets.  He cleaned up at the end of each day making it much easier to live in the space while drywall work was being done.    
Larry is simply the best drywall guy ever!!!  I highly recommend him for all of your drywall needs.

Larry was very professional, prompt and did great work.  My call was returned the same day and an in home estimate was done the following day.  Larry was on time to our meeting and very nice.  He completed the work as scheduled and left a nice, clean space.  I would highly recommend working with him and will keep his name on file for my next job.

Larry was very easy to work with. Came on time to give an estimate. Showed up to do the work on time. Did a good job of cleaning up after his prep work. Used a sponge sanding to reduce the dust.

Larry came and inspected the job, and returned the next day;  he removed the damaged drywall, installed the new drywall and finished the ceilings to match the patterns in both areas.   He also noticed 2 drywall screws which had popped out and took care of screwing the screws back in and covering them back up.   He was prompt, professional and courteous and did an excellent job for us.  It was a pleasure to have such a pleasant, competent craftsman taking care of our repairs.  We found his business on Angie's List and will use him for any other drywall needs we may have in the future.  We highly recommend him.

Larry came to give estimate shortly after initial contact.  Since holidays were imminent, we agreed to delay work until 1st week of new year. He showed up on time on the day we agreed upon, ready to work, with all materials to work with.  He had searched the suppliers for the best price on the drywall.  Since we expanded the project by two sheets, he waited until the second day to get the additional materials, so did all of the taping and mudding on day 1 after completing all except the additional portion.  On the second day he came without his helper, since there was very little to do, in order to keep our cost down.  Even though the temperatures were dropping below the freezing mark all day, he completed hanging and second coat of mud on everything, then wrapped up, cleaned up and left with job all complete.  Larry had promised that his price would be less if he could do the job for less, and he was good to his word; the final bill was $40 less than the original quote (which did not include the materials and labor for the small additional project).
Larry and his help were both very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job.  I would definitely hire him again if I have any more drywall needs, and would recommend him readily.

He returned my call in a very timely manner. I explained what I needed done - and because an existing client's job got pushed back, he fit me in the following week to estimate. He said he'd bring his tools to the estimate appointment - in the event we agreed on the quote - which we did - and he started that day/ Monday. He finished on Wednesday and it was an absolutely beautiful job!
The clean up was also very well done.
It should be emphasized that my 1930s house is a terribly crooked old thing - and yet the job he did repairing the plastered wall in the bedroom was perfect.
As an added bonus - this fellow is a very good human being to grace one's house.

My husband and I have renovated about 10 houses between us, and Larry is the best drywall guy we've encountered. As well as doing a very good job of hanging, with some walls at weird angles, he was obsessive about checking each old wall for dings, nicks, nail pops, tape failure, etc. Scrutinized each will with a bright light. We actually had to ask him to NOT take each wall to perfection, since it would have taken so much time.
You honestly cannot see seams of screws on any of the new work, and his fixes for existing damage are invisible once painted. We intend to do one more bit of renovation next year and will definitely use him again. Prices very fair for a guy who shows up on time, does great work, is quiet and professional to have around all day, and cleans up very, very thoroughly at the end of every day.
