"Thank you so much for the review. We try very hard to do a good job, please the customer, and do it as affordable as possible. Sometimes no matter what we do some people will not give a honest review. Please call if you need us again."
"We have no control over the weather. [member name removed] paid the same price that was quoted to him the day we talked. But this comes after he has enjoyed his fire pit and patio for 3 years."
Wayne and a helper arrived within a few days with a backhoe, dug up the area, assessed the extent of the problem and recommended a solution that I could afford. Wayne was very conscientious about finding an economical solution. He repaired the leak, and left the pond area in good shape. I was surprised and pleased at how little damage was done with getting the backhoe into and out of the pond area.
I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and the knowledge and professionalism of Wayne. He is a trustworthy and competent person.
"Thank you. Looking forward to working with you again."
We plan to post a followup in six months.
"Looking forward to the follow up."
"We enjoyed working with you."
I've never been treated as rudely with any vendor as I was with Wayne. I will say he did take my calls expressing my dissatisfaction with the job performed , however the last comment he made to me before our call ended was that I was a %$#@ing idiot. He never came back to relocate the bush and the tree which is okay because I want no further contact with this company.
I highly advise against using this company. The pricing offered by this company may be reasonable but the quality of the work is substandard and the bedside manner of Wayne is very unpleasant.
"We are sorry for a unhappy customer, but the full story was not told. 3 days after we removed all the rock from the gravel parking lot it rain 3 inches within 6 hours. The property was under flowing water. It looked like a creek running across it. The moving water cleaned all the fines out of the dirt and left heavy rocks in work area. Member requested we redo the job for free and was very nasty about the problem. I ask him to help pay the cost to redo the work and he said no very rudely. The weather I can not control and I could not understand why he thought I should redo it for free. The dirt he got was good dirt, we use it all the time and other customers has no problem with it. So for the safety of my people I did not return to the job. I at no time become unprofessional to Member."
"Thank you for the comments. Hopefully we will see you again."
"In response to Member. To begin we are sorry that we were not able to take care of this customer without it having to go this far, this is not the normal practice of our company. We never heard anything about the tree problems. Member did not want to pay for good topsoil so we had to go with the dirt that I could get cheap. The work was completed June 7th 2012. It is our company policy that we cannot warranty against extreme weather conditions. We have had a VERY hot summer, with temperatures 100 plus most of the season. I received the email on August 6th 2012, with the pictures that Member spoke about (no mention of trees). I replied we would look at it early fall, thinking maybe if it wasn’t too bad I would deal with it rather than lose a customer. But it is only the first part of September. As Member stated he has sow the grass again and I cannot do anything with it now. And also if the Member spent $2000.00 or $10,000.00, they still would have been a customer and we strive for happy customers."
