They were very thorough up front when I asked for a quote and they got back to me very quickly with the estimate and when they could come out (my work was not an emergency). Came out and got the work done quickly, efficiently and actually came in under budget because they thought I needed a new track for the weatherstripping and I didn't. Would definitely recommend.

Perfectly.  I called Monday morning to request service on a double wide overhead garage door.   I was told they might not be able to make it that day, but there was a chance.  To avoid missing them, I called the office at noon for an update, and  the receptionist called the technicians, Tyler and Jack, who were completing a job in our area.  She indicated they would be contacting us within an hour.   An hour later, Tyler and Jack called to say they were on the way and they arrived shortly thereafter.   They immediately noticed the broken lift spring and replaced it easily in 30 minutes.  The garage door is back operating normally. 

Wow!  I called and within two hours they were at my door.  After assessing the situation we were offered two options?to repair with a new part or replace with a new opener since our opener was already 18 years old.  We opted to replace.  These two men worked quickly to install the new opener.  They also diagnosed and fixed another door which had required us to hold the button to open or shut it. While here, they noticed that some critter had been nibbling on the weather stripping and they offered to replace the stripping.  That proved to be a challenge, but they persevered and completed the job.  Very happy with their responsiveness, their knowledge, and their work!

We had two garage doors that had malfunctioned. The first one several weeks earlier but we just hadn't gotten around to fixing it until the second one broke and we couldn't get our car out of the garage. We have very heavy doors. I called and they had someone come out within 30 minutes. We were afraid we were going to have to replace at least one whole unit but the gentlemen who came out fixed them both in 20 minutes or so. Great price, fast service....what's not to love.

They were good. They were professional and the quality was very good. The prices were good and they're probably the best ones in the Asheville area to put in a garage door.

I am so pleased with this service. They were quick, courteous, respectful, and did the work they promised they would do in a very timely manner. I would highly, highly, recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Margaret from fairview door had a repair man at the door by 8:00 next day.
If you need door help use them they are great.

The day I called with the complaint of the garage door not working properly, the receptionist took my message and called me back
as soon as she had contacted her service man. She also was able to give me an estimate, since I knew the main spring was broken, of 2 new springs and labor; I appreciated that. The repairman came out after lunch promptly when she said he would, inspected my door, and put a temporary fix on it until he could order the correct part. The huge spring that supports one side of the door had broken.
I had him order 2 springs as the opposing spring on the other side was just as old as the one that broke. A couple of days later, the receptionist called and asked if the repairman could return to permanently repair the door. He actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than the proposed appointment. He and his partner were quick, to the point, and ready to head to the next appt. They seemed to have a great work ethic. He suggested some things I could do to maintain my heavy huge garage door; and was able to quote me prices which were very reasonable. I appreciated that. My garage door will not be repaired by anyone else; they will always have my business.

Good, fast, exactly what I needed. No nonsense. Did a great job.

1) We hired another company to replace same doors.
2) Once installed we had a very big problem with quality of doors/installation. After battling with other company said company removed their doors after nearly 60 days.
3) We proceeded with Fairview Garage Door company and ordered doors and within 10 days they were installed and the quality difference was amazing. We were elated.
4) Fairview door company came and installed their doors which are 100% better in all aspects
Our new doors are now sealed so we do not have to worry about snakes or lizards getting into our basement.

I have used them before and I have always been pretty well treated by their customer service. I would use them again.
