We could not be happier. In August, my husband fell from our roof trying to clean the chimney and broke his back. I called one chimney company who, not only didn't do the job right, but left us with an extremely dangerous situation on our hands. After a chimney fire in November revealed their negligence, I contacted Bill to come and inspect the damage. He found our flue was blocked with crumbling tiles and creosote, and recommended we install a stainless steel liner.



Bill, Jason, and his father came to our house and installed the liner in the pouring rain. Even though the weather cleared several hours into the job, they ran into unexpected and difficult complications down in the flue which caused their work to go well into the dark hours of a January night. They never took a break. I told Bill I would understand if they needed to come back, but he was unfaltering in his determination to get the job done. They even shored up the wood stove itself so that it would burn more efficiently than before.



I cannot say enough great things about All Phase and Bill Penley. He is honest, kind, and oh so dependable. I have asked him to return and work on our fireplace flue when he is available. I would trust him with my life. Well, I guess I already have. Thanks, Bill! You saved us from a possible dangerous and heart-breaking situation. You will be our chimney professional from now on!

i've used them for years, excellent, cleaned out two chimneys, one of which hadn't been used for 13 years. Reliable, reasonable.

He brought to my attention there was a chimney fire in the past from the previous owner and recommended the repairs needed. I have to wait on that because to line the chimney is about 2,000.00 dollars. WOW!

It went very well. He does what he says he will do and as stated above I would recommend him.

Prior to buying my home I had received a $5000+ quote from another company, saying my chimney was not use-able and that I needed both chimney vents relined and to have the cap repaired and sealed,as well as needing to replace the damper. The Sellers chimney sweep came back and said only the damper handle needed to be fixed. So now that I have been in the home for a few months I was ready to figure out what we needed to do to use the fireplace. I called All Phase and they returned my call the following day and set I time within the week to come out for an inspection. After the inspection it appeared that one of the chimney vents would need a new liner but that our main chimney was fine and just needed a good clean so that the damper would close all the way. I had All Phase return to do the cleaning and temporarily cover of the chimney that we are not currently using. The handle on the damper does need repaired, but since we also discussed installing and insert next year it is something that is safe for the remainder of the season. They were very helpful giving me information about the insert installation, and advised me how to repair some minor cracks in the chimney cap as well as how to seal it myself to save some cash. When cleaning they used sheets to protect my home and I am satisfied with the work. I will definitely call again when we are ready to install an insert and will be recommending All Phase to others.

I called and was given an appointment the next Monday. They arrived on time and tarped everything and went to work. He used a ladder to get to the top of the chimney and brushed down, vacuuming at the stove. No mess at all. Cleaned all the pipes and inside and outside of the stove. They explained what they found, showed what they could, even taking pictures from the roof to show a problem. They did a very thorough cleaning job, explained a couple of problems and solutions and we have made another appointment to do the repair. I would highly recommend this company for chimney sweeping. Will let you know how the repair goes.

The company came on short notice and did an exceptionally good job. Bill was very thorough in his work and wasn't satisfied until the chimney was very clean. He swept from both the top and bottom. This is really one of the truly best companies I've ever hired. Highest recommendation!

Great job. Work was done how they said it would be done, the day that was agreed upon for the agreed price. They are very clean and neat professionals.

The two workers arrived on time for the appointment we had set up. After inspecting the fireplace and the overall sight, they asked a few questions regarding the cleaning of the chimney. The most important one - since our house stands quite tall on a mountain - was "would we mind if they cleaned the chimney from below rather than from above on the roof." Knowing no problem with that, we agreed that they could sweep from the fireplace below. The workers began by moving a few pieces of furniture and by laying out blankets to cover floors. Then an exhaust pipe was placed so that any chimney accumulation would be directed outside. The fireplace was carefully vacuumed and the chimney was swept with a rotating wire brush. Any falling soot was collected in a 5 gallon bucket. When the workers were finished they completely cleaned everything (although no soot escaped their containment methods). The house remained completely clean after they had finished. When finished, the workers showed me nearly 5 gallons of soot that they had swept from the chimney. They also suggested that the chimney was ready to be swept LAST year. The workers were professional, personable, friendly, competent and they did a fantastic job. They showed a great concern for the cleanliness of the surrounding room. We can confidently use our fireplace this winter without worrying about a chimney fire. We plan to put the company on an annual plan to ensure that our fireplace is clean and worry-free. We are also putting our neighbor in touch with this company.

Their price is about standard and typical with the market. The quality of their work is good. My neighbor uses them too. They are always on time when I make an appointment. I will be using them next week if they would come out.
