We had met John at the Fayetteville Home Show when he worked for a different company ( NOT Angie's listed) We liked the product but not the company. When John struck out on his own with Ketchum Home Improvement, we struck a deal with him to install a product he recommended. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the product we chose, Alside Mezzo Series 2000 Climatrol Elite windows with custom trim that matched our siding.
The windows were delivered and John started installation the next day. After a rain delay, they returned the next day and completed the installation. The trim was installed, and the windows look great and function as promised. The work site was cleaned up of debris and the job completed in a timely manner.
No negative issues, all positive. I'm happy to recommend Ketchum Home Improvement for any window installation job. The price was reasonable, the work was done quickly and cleanly in a highly competent manner. We'll use John for other home improvement projects (and if you have read any of our other reviews, well, we are particular).
