Poor response time in returning calls.
Slow in providing quote.
Never received information I requested after receiving quote, even though I had told them I was ready to proceed.

I spoke to the foreman the same day I called. He came that day to inspect my roof, and gave me an estimate the next day. There was a delay in getting the work done because of the number of homes that needed to have roof repair (because of hurricane damage in the area) but they were here the day they said they would be. The crew got to work the minute they arrived and were efficient and professional. The work was completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up completely. I will call this company again!

I spent about $1000 on the job. They came out on time. They did the job and cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend them. It was a job well done. I will use them again in the future.
